Courses, Plans, and Access","body":["Browsing the course catalog and creating an account is free. Full access to a course's lessons and exercises requires an active paid plan that includes that course, for the duration of that plan.","Some lessons in a course may be marked as free preview lessons, which signed-in users can access without a paid plan, as a way to try a course before buying. Free preview access lets you view lesson content and exercises, but does not let you save progress, mark lessons complete, or earn completions on your study calendar.","When a plan ends or is cancelled, your access to the courses included in that plan ends at the same time, unless you renew.","We may add, change, or remove courses, lessons, or features over time. We will try to avoid removing content you have already paid to access during the active period of your plan, but we cannot guarantee that every piece of content will remain available indefinitely."]},{"heading":"4. Payments","body":["Plans are paid once for their stated period (for example, one month, three months, or twelve months). We do not automatically charge you again when a plan ends; if you want continued access, you choose to pay for a new period yourself.","We currently accept payment through manual mobile-money and bank transfer methods, including KBZPay, KBZ Bank Transfer, CB Pay, AYA Pay, and Thai QR (PromptPay), in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) or Thai Baht (THB) depending on the method and plan. Available methods, prices, and currencies may change over time and are shown to you before you pay.","After you make a payment, you upload a photo or screenshot of your payment confirmation (\"payment proof\") through the Service. A member of our team manually reviews this proof and either approves it, which activates your plan, or rejects it with a short note explaining why, in which case your plan is not activated and you may need to submit a corrected payment or contact us.","You are responsible for making sure the payment proof you upload is genuine, accurate, and belongs to a payment you actually made for your own account. Payment Proof Images","body":["Payment proof images you upload are stored in a private storage area. Cookies and Local Storage","body":["The Service uses your browser's local storage (not cross-site advertising cookies) to keep you signed in between visits and to remember your preferred interface language. If you clear your browser's site data, you may need to sign in again."]},{"heading":"5. Third-Party Service Providers","body":["We use trusted third-party providers to run the Service, including: a database, authentication, and file-storage provider that stores your account, learning, and payment-proof data on secure cloud infrastructure, which may be located outside Myanmar; a web-hosting provider that serves the website itself; and, if you choose to sign in with Google, Google's sign-in service, which shares with us only the basic profile information needed to create your account (such as your name and email address).","We may also use an internal messaging tool to notify our own staff of events like a new signup or a pending payment that needs review.
